Love Yourself

This Valentine’s Day give yourself a little love.  What do you most need or want today?  Do you need time to yourself?  Do you  need a day off from exercise?  Do you need exercise because it makes you feel good?  Do you need to read that book you’ve been wanting?  Do you need to go see a movie?  Do you want to stay in or go out?

Make a point to show yourself that you HEART you.  It’s wonderful if you have someone else who loves you too, but your love for yourself should be the most important.  So show yourself you care.
