Yes, she is 5’9″ and has always been slender, but that doesn’t mean Gwyneth Paltrow doesn’t workout to help maintain her figure and to lose baby fat. Here’s a video clip from part of her workout routine as shown on Oprah.
Just note, that I don’t agree with her trainer that women shouldn’t lift more than three pound weights. I’ve always lifted more than three pound weights (and I don’t think I look abnormal). For the movement they are doing and the amount of reps they may only use three pounds.
