Tea Without Sugar

When I started doing no sugar this month, I was finding it so challenging.  I didn’t want to eliminate the white stuff.  I seemed to want it all the time, which really meant that I needed to cut it out and enact a little will power.  And I haven’t cheated (yet).

Still, it hasn’t been easy.  But what has been a huge help is tea.   I’ve pulled out a tea I bought in China years ago.  I don’t even know what kind it is, but it’s very flavorful.  And I have a spiced orange tea from Harney and Sons that I love.

Not only do the teas taste great, but they are so nice to sip on throughout these cold days.  And I can feel completely good about it.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
