20/20 FUNKtion: Cardio FUNK

Our new 20/20 FUNKtion class, Cardio FUNK, is off and running.   This is a great cardio workout to pair with a pilates class.  All our instructors have so much passion for movement.  They make the class so much fun.  It flies by.  The concept of the 20/20 FUNKtion classes is that they all run for 40-minutes so you can be in and out of class in under and hour.  You can fit in a fitness class on your lunch break or on your way to or from work.
