Create Happiness

Want to take active steps to feel happier? Here are some tips that are supposedly good techniques for increasing life satisfaction. They all sound good to me!

• Do one thing at a time. Try to reduce multitasking.

• Celebrate your accomplishments.

• Share your time. Do fun activities with people you enjoy being around.

• Set goals—having something to work toward (and then when you get there) increases fulfillment

• Take time to remember happy memories. Relish in them.

• Plan fun activities that you can look forward to.

• Get outside.
