Happy Hanukkah

I love this time of year for all the tradition and celebration that it holds. I hope that all our Jewish clients and friends who celebrate Hanukkah enjoy time with their families and loved ones. The Festival of Lights—it seems like this should be a symbolic time. Between Hanukkah and Christmas lights, it seems like a time to look around and make a point to notice what we see around us and inside ourselves—see what the light reveals.

If you have a moment, consider using some of the time this holiday season to take a moment to take stock and focus on the positive. What about your life are you happy and proud of? What about yourself are you happy and proud of? Take a moment to see the light.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
