Instructor’s Pilates Journey: AnJeane

I became drawn to Pilates after reading about Joseph Pilates, his story, and the exercise system that he created. I then took a few classes and was hooked! Because I suffer from many different back problems and orthopedic issues I found that by keeping my core strong, I could truly help and heal my body.
