Season of Celebrations

Happy Hanukkah! I love this time of year because there is so much to celebrate. While there is stress, people are always excited and lights are aglow everywhere.

No matter what you celebrate, attempt to be in the moment with your loved ones during the holidays. It all goes by so quickly and it’s only once a year!

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.

Hi Maggie- Just reading your blog and have to ask how the mice are doing. Has your mom named them? Has anyone been able to find out just how many there are in that beautiful Christmas Tree?
I enjoyed the story so much about just how this Tree got into the house. I am sure if someone had taken a video it would be a sure winner for the show that gives out money for the winning video. I can’t remember the name of the show. Having a senior moment, but I’m sure you know what I am referring to;-)
See you in class on Tuesday,
Beth I’m off to do the exersices you suggested in one of your recent posts.

Beth–I know one mouse didn’t make it. I don’t have an update on the others, but I think they have gone missing. I am going to see my mom today. I will try to remember to ask.
