Are You Having Fun

When I worked at the Mark Twain House and Museum, my boss used to say to me, “You work for the greatest American humorist. Are you having fun?”

I loved that he asked that question, and I think it’s important to ask ourselves that now and again. And if the answer is ever no, we need to figure out how we can change that–either by changing what we are doing or, if that is not an option, changing our attitude.

So, are you having fun?

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
