Challenge 30: Outdoor Pilates

Since I’ve been away this was the first Saturday I was able to attend the free Pilates class we are offering outside on the riverfront in East Hartford. There were about 20 people in attendance and it was a superb day.

Cathy taught the class and did a great job. Katy organized everything, and it reminded me how lucky I am to work with such a great group of people.

It was a great way to start the weekend. I hope you’ll be able to join us this week. It is really worth it!

So this week’s challenge is to come to our Free class on Saturday. The challenge only takes one hour this week!
