Eat Your Breakfast

I rarely skip breakfast. It’s my favorite meal. I could eat breakfast for dinner–a treat my mom started when we were kids. You’ve probably heard that you shouldn’t skip any meals, including breakfast, when you are trying to lose weight, but there is research to prove it.

Researchers compared a group of people who ate breakfast at 8:00am with people who ate breakfast at 10:30am. Those who ate later had a higher total caloric intake throughout the entire study.
