Challenge 28: In The Car

Whether in a car or train or plane–whatever transportation you take to work or vacation–think about your body. You don’t have to do something huge. Try these subtle exercises:

  • Breathe
  • Pelvic Tilts
  • Pull the navel toward the spine
  • Do shoulder shrugs
  • Circle the ankles (not if you are the driver)
  • Squeeze and release you butt muscles
  • Do some kegel exercises
