Who wants to admit they have cellulite? I certainly don’t (want to admit it that is). And is it bad that when I read I that 85% of postpubertal women have some level of cellulite I felt relief?

No, it’s not bad. It’s normal. Who wants to feel like the only person with something nobody likes and nobody wants? It’s like getting stuck with the hot potato. So, I have cellulite. I’m not proud of it or about to start shouting it from rooftops. (I’ll just post it on the Internet.) And while I’d love to be the 15% without it, I’m just glad to discover I’m not one of the few.

So if you have cellulite try to find some comfort in knowing that most of us do. You’re not the only one.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
