Food Revolution

Watch this video and you’ll be in awe of how we (including kids) think about food and what we put in our bodies.

I watched what the kids decided about whether or not to eat chicken nuggets after they were shown how they were made (even though they aren’t really made like this here). It’s only about five minutes long, but it might shock you.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.

I’ve watched 2 episodes. It’s apalling what parents feed their families! Later in the show Jamie presents some vegies and fruit and the chilrdren can’t name any of them not even a potato, but they all know French fries!

The Food Revolution on Friday night’s is really very frustrating. It is a prime example of the difficulties faced when trying to ask human beings to “change” anything – even when we know that our way of life is killing us.

“Any transition serious enough to alter your definition of self will require not just small adjustments in your way of living and thinking but a full-on metamorphosis.”
