This week, I challenge you to breathe. Think it’s easy? Try this every day:

Sit in a comfortable position. Inhale for a count of four and then exhale for a count of four. When you are ready, start increasing the number of seconds–inhale for five, exhale for five; inhale for six, exhale for six; etc. See how high you can get increasing one second at a time. Can you get to ten seconds by the end of the week? Can you get higher?

You really have to slow down your breath. Practice everyday for two to five minutes.
