Challenge Four: Pick A Muscle

Okay, this week instead of picking a muscle you think is weak, pick a muscle that feels tight and stretch that muscle every day. For me that would be my upper back or my hamstrings.

Want to step it up a notch? Stretch the same area every day this week two times–once in the morning and once at night.
