Breathing Tip

If you are struggling to find the Pilates breath and the connection to your core, place your hands on the front sides of your rib cage and then make yourself cough. You’ll feel your ribs and muscles move. Those are the ribs and some muscles you want to control when we talk about breathing and engaging the core.
