When you feel stressed or frustrated with a project, it is unlikely that you are working at your best ability. Stop for five minutes. Take a short walk (even if you are at work). Stretch for a couple minutes. Get your mind away and come back refreshed.

Chances are your project will come out better and you’ll feel more mentally stable. Plus all that tension can stress the muscles in your shoulders, back and hips. When you’re feeling frustrated and your whole body aches from it, isn’t it time to give yourself a break?
