The weekend is supposed to be a time to relax, but if you’re like many people I know, your weekend gets filled with activities. Even if those activities are fun, they aren’t exactly relaxing.

This weekend try to find two hours that you devote to your needs. Do whatever you like to do with yourself and insist on making time for it. Go see a movie or rent one you’ve wanted to see a long time. Read that book you haven’t had a chance to pick up all week. Take a bath. Go for a long walk. Go to a batting cage and hit a few balls. Whatever gives you pleasure make time for it. You deserve and need to make yourself feel good.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
