If you’ve ever been in one of my classes, you know that counting isn’t my strongest skill. Well this week, I noticed that I can’t even count when I plan my own personal workouts. I was doing the 100 by myself when I realized, I’d lost count and made myself go back to thirty. By the time I was done, I was pretty sure I’d done a whole lot more than 100.
So even I sometimes suffer from my poor counting skills. You are not alone.
