Exercise is just one part of being healthy. It’s also important to make sure you fill life with things you love (and a little adventure, I think). So consider things you love to do and see if you can’t fit them into your schedule in the near future.

I love to travel.
I love the movies.
I love to walk.
I love to write.
I love spending time with my family.
I love waking up refreshed.
I love soaking in the sun.

My list could go on and on. When I see how many things on my list are free and easy to enjoy, I feel very lucky.
