Here are a couple tips to help you have a healthier holiday!  Most importantly remember to enjoy time off (if you have it) and enjoy time with your family and friends.
·         Drink water over soda
·         Guinness has less calories than most beer—perhaps bring a six pack
·         Try to stick to one dessert instead of having some of everything
·         If you put something on your plate and don’t like it, don’t feel obligated to eat it
·         Try not going back for seconds
·         Play some volleyball with your friends
·         Challenge your family and friends to take a walk or a hike with you
·         Start your day with ten minutes of your favorite pilates exercises
