Do you sit down most of the day at work? Our bodies aren’t meant to sit (especially still) all day long but our current world seems to require that. If it’s okay with your boss, see if you can try these changes to make you work station more body-friendly:

  • Get a work station that allows you stand. Some enable you to change between sitting and standing throughout the day.
  • Sit on a stability ball instead of a chair.
  • Stand up hourly. Stretch a little while you are up.
