Can you wiggle just one finger? What do you feel moving when you do that?
Can you spread your toes apart? What moves in your body when you do that? Anything besides your toes?
Can you squeeze one glute muscle–just one? Do you feel it anywhere else?
When you wink how much of your face moves?
Can you pull your belly button to your spine without moving your pelvis?
Can you wiggle your ears?
Can you raise one eye brow?
