Here in new England it is officially fall, and before we know it snow will be covering the ground. Lately, in the realization that very shortly I’ll be darting from my car to my classes to escape the cold, I’ve been trying to linger outside a bit.
So try and fit in some extra outdoor time this week. Take a stroll or a hike. Ride a bike. Eat dinner on the deck. Just find a way to enjoy the beautiful New England fall. It will be good for your mind and body.
