Someone suggested this really easy recipe for a healthy sandwich and you might enjoy it. I’ll admit it is a little bland so adding your favorite spice might help, but it was a new way to eat tuna and I will certainly make it again. Best of all, it is really easy.

Open-face Tuna Sandwich

(Makes two)


Two pieces of toast
1 Can Tuna (in water)
1 Avocado


Toast Bread
Mix tuna and avocado
Spread mixture on toast
