This is scrumptious!

Blend the following ingredients in a blender:

  • 1 c. plain, low fat yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen fruit (mixed berries)
  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 tbsp pomegranate juice (optional, use sparingly, slowly add just to help blend the ingredients)

It’s thick and delicious. This made two tall glasses for me.
