Personal Euphoria is excited to announces our KEEP Moving Challenge:

One student from the graduating class of 2022 will be awarded a $500 scholarship.

To participate you must:

• Create a Free Account at Personal Euphoria
• Take On-Demand Fitness Classes for FREE between July 1st – August 31st, 2022
• Use code CLASSOF22CHALLENGE to take classes free (for 2022 high school graduates only)

The scholarship will be awarded to the participant:

• Who took the most classes from the Personal Euphoria on-demand channel between July 1st – August 31st, 2022.
• The award is conditional on the full-time enrollment of the winner in an accredited U.S. college or university.

Rules & Stipulations:

• Participant must have graduated from private or public high school in the U.S. in 2022.
• Participant must register for classes at the Personal Euphoria site and use code CLASSOF22CHALLENGE to take fitness classes.
• Participant must complete each workout video for it to count.
• More than two workouts per day will not be counted.
• The free access code will only be good until August 31st, 2022 when the challenge is complete.

We have had a number of instructors join our team, so we thought it would be worthwhile to help you get to know them with a little instructor highlight. Currently, Rebecca teaches for Personal Euphoria in Wethersfield on Tuesday nights and Rocky Hill on Thursday nights.

When you aren’t teaching what are some of your favorite ways to move?

Dance and Zumba!

What song motivates or picks you up the most?

“Handlebars” by The Flobots. This song came out the year I graduated high school, and always remained on my personal playlist. It can be perceived as having dark imagery, but it’s a reminder that anything is possible whether it’s used for good or evil. I still love that heavy, driving beat.

Favorite Food?

Anything using avocado

Time you normally crawl into bed?

Never soon enough, it seems!

What skill would you like to master?

Pressing up into a handstand.

What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?

For me, photographing new born seal pups in the Arctic! They’re so cute!

Favorite season? Why?

My favorite season is fall. It’s as if nature is revealing her canvass of colors then.

Muse Paint Bar West Hartford

You’ve been mooned by Personal Euphoria

The Personal Euphoria staff went to Muse Paint bar in West Hartford for our quarterly get together. If you’ve never been, check it out. It was so much fun. It’s wine and painting—both superbly therapeutic. Although I think I’m the only one who would take the painting over the wine. We get good attendance at all our staff events (I think we like each other), but this was our best ever attended event (I think the staff likes wine). Love all the colors!

We booked a private class and picked a painting. Because we had a private, when we got stuck the instructor came around to help us individually. At one point, she came to Barb, sitting next to me, and said, “Do you want me to talk you through how to fix that or do it for you.” Barb wanted the lesson. “Talk me through it,” she said.
