If you don’t have classes in your town today because of MLK Day that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on Pilates this week. Try these tips instead:
1) Scroll down our blog for the LABEL “Exercise” and do at least five of the exercises that are posted.
2) Take a long walk (especially if you have the day off) and try to remember to keep you kegel and belly button engaged.
3) Practice your breathing. Try to breathe laterally into the sides and back of your lungs. Yawning will help you find this place.
4) Do plank–you pick the amount of time.
