Happiness Tip Six: 2-Minute Journal

At the end of the day write a two-minute journal detailing one activity you did during the day. Research shows that doing this will tell your brain that your day had a purpose and that you were productive. This is an especially good tip for people who get frustrated at the end of the day when they haven’t completely their entire “To-Do” list. (That’s me.) Apparently if you focus on the details of one event the brain will think you were more productive and you’ll feel better.
