Earlier this week I was on the Colin McEnroe show to talk about feet (something I can easily chat about for an hour or more). A couple things came up that I thought were worth highlighting.

On Monday on the Colin McEnroe Show I said I’d post an exercise that is good for flat feet, fallen arches, and anyone who needs to generally strengthen the arch of their foot. This is a great exercise. It can be a challenge to do properly at first, especially if you have flat feet. So be gentle with yourself and know that you don’t have to do it perfectly the first time or even the second time. You can do it everyday.
