Stay Healthy in Winter

Here are just some tips on how stay healthy when it’s friggin’ freezing:

For exercise
·         Swim in an indoor heated pool

·         Take an indoor exercise class
 

For Food
·         Make a hearty soup with lots of veggies

·         Make some comfort food, but eat it in moderation

For Wellbeing
·         Take a hot bath

·         Have a cup of warm tea with honey

·         Snuggle into bed early and get a good night’s sleep

·         Bundle up when going out

·         Linger in a warm shower
 
 
Or, go out, brave the cold, build a snowman and come back in for a hot cup of anything!
