Share Your Food…On Facebook

Sometime last year or the year before I posted everything I ate over the course of one week on the blog.  It really kept me mindful of what I put in my mouth.  I wanted the food to look good so I thought about sneaking in fruits and veggies to add color.  I wanted it to look like I ate different foods instead of the same breakfast everyday so I tried to get more creative.  It was a good challenge.  And I thought long and hard before going for seconds when I knew everyone could be keeping tabs on me.
So if you want to put more thought into you food, consider posting everything you eat on Facebook for the world to see.  You can also list exercise you do.  This might help you stay on a healthier path.  If you get some friends to do it to you can all help encourage each other!

    What convenient timing you have, Maggie. I was just thinking about journaling today – public honesty might be refreshing, too. Although, I have no shame in my boring diet.
