Why Friends Are Good

There isn’t much better than laughing with a group of friends or a great talk with an old friend.  Spending time with the people you love and care about isn’t just fun, it’s good for you.  Research has show that when you  make time for friends you’ll be less sick, sleep better, stay mentally sharper, and potentially live longer.
So is there a friend you’ve been meaning to get in touch with for a lunch date?  Have you been stalling on a game night with friends?  Don’t hesitate any longer, make a plan tonight.  It’s for your health and wellness.
