Sleep Through the Crazy

Is the holiday season wreaking havoc on your sleep schedule? I know the added “list of things to do” doesn’t help mine. Here are some tips to help you sleep better. I think we all probably know them but do you ever try to follow them?

1) No caffeine after lunch
2) Exercise
3) Go to bed at the same time each night
4) Turn off the lights
5) Turn off the TV and PC
6) Have a bedtime routine
