A Week of Gratitude

When I was a little girl I went through a phase where I kept a gratitude journal. At the end of every day I wrote down five things that I was thankful for that day. It’s funny to look back on, and, surprisingly, the single line items provide a lot of memories.

Try it. Even if you don’t write anything down. When you get into bed each night this week try to think of five things you are thankful for.

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
