Different Activities

So I’m always up for trying something new in my body and seeing how I like it. In the past I’ve tried anti-gravity yoga (awesome, but incredibly challenging), bikram yoga (better than I expected, but not for me), Zumba (okay). I’ve given up sugar for a month; I went vegan for a month. If you’re in my classes you heard all about these events more than you probably wanted to.

I have a couple new ideas up my sleeve, but I’m also up for suggestions. Anything you’d like me to try? Anything you want to try but want to see someone else try first?
