Beat the Heat

Here are just some suggestions to help you get through another hot day:

• Drink lots of water
• Refrigerate your bra (thank you for the tip, Joy Behar from The View)
• Get in a pool
• Go to a movie
• Stay away from greasy, heavy foods
• After exercises refuel with up to 20 ounces of water
• Lay a wet towel around your neck
• Freeze some juice in ice cube trays for a flavorful cold treat
• Head to the beach and hope the ice cream truck is there
