Instructor’s Pilates Journey: Gina

Ten years ago, in my search for an exercise program that concentrates on core strength, I attended a Pilates class and I FELL IN LOVE! Within weeks my posture improved, my nagging back pain was diminished, and I found a new strength and confidence creeping into my every-day activities. For the past eight years it’s been my passion to teach and share the wonderful benefits that Pilates offers, and help guide participants of all ages down the same path of strength and confidence that I have found!
