Instructor’s Pilates Journey: Susan

As a new student of Pilates I soon became aware of the benefits by reprogramming my body to move more efficiently and develop core strength and flexibility. It proved to be a great foundation for the strength training and aerobic dance programs I engaged in. With Maggie’s support and guidance I decided to delve deeper into the method and train to be an instructor. I love teaching others the benefits of Pilates to help them to achieve their goals.
