Eat What You Like

In my attempt to eat a bit healthier, which doesn’t always go so well, I have realized that I better eat something I enjoy at meals or I’ll just crave something good all the time. If, however, I’ve eaten something good and I feel satisfied, and not deprived, it makes eating healthier a whole lot easier.
