Ugh–I hate to post these, but here goes nothing:
Taken on Monday, December 6th

Weight: 136
Hips: 39.5
Waist: 30.5 (at belly button) 27.5 (above belly button—at my thinnest point)
Bust: 34.5
L Thigh: 21 ¾
R Thigh: 21.5
L Arm: 11.5
R Arm: 11 ¾

Any interest in joining me on this quest to get healthier? Maybe you can start by taking your measurements this week too. You certainly don’t have to post them.

    I’ll join you.
    Goals: stay healthy by losing at least 30 pounds (eat only 2 servings of snacks/sweets a week – if that), exercise at least 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

    That’s a great start! Keep me posted on how it goes. Does only two snacks a week mean dessert? Can you have nuts or a granola bar if you get hungry between meals?
