Okay, this is going to be really hard this week, and I know I didn’t do the best job over the past weekend when I had some Christmas celebrations, but I was so full over the weekend I really wan to try to be better this coming weekend.
So this week–through the Christmas chaos, try to stop eating when you are full and do not over eat. Can you get through Christmas without feeling overly stuffed? I’m not sure I can, but maybe I will surprise myself.
Do you think you can do it? If so, what helps you stop when you are full and surrounded by all sorts of delicious foods you only get once a year?
