Last week I tried exercise TV for the first time. I’d heard about it, but never done it, but last week I was looking for something different–a workout I’d never done. The two workouts that I picked weren’t the greatest, but it was fun to do something different. So why don’t you try it? This week try and find a different workout everyday to add some variety to your regular routine. Make it at least a 20-minute workout.
