Resolutions or No Resolutions

I feel like my New Year’s Resolutions are adding up to a point that is going to make them impossible. Most of the things on the list are fun things that I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but never made time for. Still, I think if I don’t choose more carefully, I’m going to find myself getting frustrated when I’m trying so hard to do everything that I don’t end up doing anything.

What is your opinion on New Year’s Resolutions. Are they worth making? Can you stick to them?

Thank you for giving your time to stop and read my blog. I hope it encourages you to keep moving. Move and the body will be happier. And when you're moving you can hike, run, swim in Jell-O, race over non-Newtonian fluids, travel the world or build igloos--if that's your thing. If not, you can watch me do it. This is just a spot to try and feel good about life.
