In these videos the creators are obviously trying to sell their class and their videos. I’m not trying to sell them. I’ve never seen there videos, but I like the progression of these short clips and how you can see where you can go with Pilates and the strength you can acquire over time.
I think the guy in these videos is stronger then he thinks he is to start. Or at least we don’t all start out as strong as he is, but it’s still interesting to see where he winds up by the end. I’m only linking to a couple of them, but you can watch the whole series on YouTube if you’re interested.
And, by the way, they say this is Pilates for men, but women can do all these exercises too. Also, when he started his Pilates 30-session challenge, he was also doing Jenny Craig.
