Challenge 39: Challenge

Okay, well how could be pick any other challenge this weekend with the Hartford Marathon going on? This weeks challenge is to challenge yourself everyday. Really push yourself. Or maybe find one big way to challenge yourself just one day. You pick the challenge. You know yourself best.

Here are some ideas (but be sure to pick something that you can do safely given your experience):

  • Run in a marathon
  • Eat raw for the week
  • Walk a marathon
  • Take an exercise class every day this week.
  • Meditate everyday for at least 20-minutes

    How about skip the chocolate unless it’s the really, really good chocolate, or not eating after 7 P.M., or replacing negative thinking with something positive (means we have to be aware of our thoughts – YIKES), or planning on having ONE really great dessert/sweet/treat this week and leaving the others behind. Anything out of my comfort zone is a challenge. Thanks for getting me thinking – now I want to choose one. Hmmmm, maybe two.
