Here are some tips to help you have a healthy holiday weekend:

  • Find some time for rest
  • Find time to get the body moving for at least 15 minutes per day (more ideally)
  • Limit yourself to one piece of one type of dessert at any picnic you attend
  • Drink water instead of soda or juice
  • Try not to go up for seconds
  • Bring healthy options to your picnic
  • Have fun and laugh a lot
