Challenge 36: Audible Inhale

Right now, breathe so that you can hear yourself breathing. Hear the inhale and the exhale. Make noise with your breath. Breathe loudly. Each day this week find time, whatever you are doing (cooking, working out, showering, driving) to spend about five minutes making noise with your breath.

You can do this alone. We are always so embarrassed to breathe, but it is good for us!
