Challenge 33: Sweet Tooth

If you have a sweet tooth like me, try this for a week. Only eat sweets if they are homemade. That means no Oreo Cookies or Chips Ahoy. That means if you go to dinner at a friends and they have purchased a store bought cake or pie–even a perhaps a bakery cake or pie, you won’t eat it. You’ll only eat it if someone you know has made it in their own oven.

You can decide how far to take this. Will you eat brownies made by a friend, but from a package? It’s up to you.

I find my favorite desserts, the ones I really salivate for are always homemade. Try it for a week and see if it’s a challenge you can live with (most of the time, anyway).
